On Saturday, January 19, 2008, the CU Denver MBA Vis Moot Team went to the DU Law School to participate in a Vis Moot Friendly against the DU Law Vis Team. The coaches competed against each other for fun, then the students held two rounds. It was a 6 hour marathon of oral argument ecstasy. Moot junkies would have loved this day.

The students and coaches rotated as arbitrators so that each person could experience the dilemma that arbitrators face when deciding cases (or here, how to score). One learns quickly that sometimes the smallest details and mistakes can mean the difference between winning and losing.

As coach of the CU Denver MBA Team, we salute the DU Law Team, hope for their continued success, and look forward to another possible Friendly before we each leave Colorado for Hong Kong and Vienna.
