The DU Law Vis Team will be all new next year. Team members Aaron Catbagan, Theresa Sullivan, and Sunika Pawar have moved on and we have selected a new group of four team members for the 2008-2009 Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition.

We received twelve applications this year. Each applicant submitted a statement of interest, resume, and writing sample. The twelve applicants then went through a "mini-moot" and interview. Selecting the team was excrutiatingly difficult. The number and level of students interested in oral advocacy at DU is impressive and every one of the applicants are sure to be very successful in the future.

In addition to our new team members, we are also very pleased to announce the addition of DU Law Assistant Professor Phoenix Cai as the team Faculty Advisor.

The 5th consecutive DU Law Vis Team is formed and we are looking forward to a successful year.
